Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually 2-7 business days for preparation and 3-6 business days for shipping within Australia, 8-25 business days for international. For details, please see individual items. 

Shipping fees

Shipment will be sent via Sendle for all $100+ orders. For orders below $100, it will be sent via AUS POST for a while, until further notice (eventually will be transmitted to Sendle).

This is to practice better service for customers with faster and more secure shipping and to be more efficient with timing - save time on posting at the post office to make more products for customers.

$15 Flat Rate for Express Shipping

For International (Tracked Shipping)

New Zeland - $13 Standard / $23 Express Registered Shipping

Asia / USA / Canada - $16 Standard / $30 Express Registered Shipping

UK / Ireland / Major Europe - $22 Standard / $32 Express Registered Shipping

Rest of the world - $28 Standard / $42 Express Registered Shipping

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment Options

Secure payment options via Stripe and PayPal. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diners, China UnionPay, Japan Credit Bureau, and Apple Pay for instant checkout. 

Paypal also offers BUY NOW, PAY LATER - Pay in 4 like After Pay with no extra fees / late fees for orders between $30 - $1500, so you can use this option to divide up your purchase!

Returns & exchanges

All sales are FINAL. No refunds, returns or cancellations for change of mind, as all of my products are made to order. Any issues with an order, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Product Care

To ensure longevity of your jewelleries, please avoid any contact with water, chemicals and make-up products. Wearing your jewellery in water can strain and stretch the wire over time which could cause it to eventually break apart.

Please store your jewellery in a safe place, preferably in our jewellery box, and handle it with care because excessive damage to the glass beads can cause them to shatter.

Damaged items

If your item is damaged within 2 weeks of your order receiving date (not purchase date), I can offer repairs free of charge for Australian orders only.

Contact me within 2 weeks. 

If it's damaged/broken after this period, I can repair it for you but the return shipping costs will be on your hands - and I will ship back the product once it's repaired. 

For international orders, you can send them back for repairs but you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Customisation

Customisation is currently closed. When its opened again, we will notify on our social media.
